Our 170 employees at six branches dispose of a tight local contact network. As NPL experts in an international company they know how to efficiently pursue NPL resolutions, in particular in the field of volume business. State-of-the-art IT and standardized processes enable Servicing Advisors to create major economies of scale for our clients. Our tools and structures are designed to implement the increasing legal demands on financial service providers like MaRisk, Basle II or IFRS. We constantly have external auditors review our work. Being a company with international focus, Servicing Advisors is also prepared to have a special servicer rating or a SAS70 review effected for the compliance with the strict US requirements.
