Five Years Servicing Advisors Deutschland GmbH
On February 1, 2010, Servicing Advisors celebrates its fifth anniversary.
Since this date, our portfolio clients have transferred approximately 30,000 non-performing loan exposures (NPL) to the company for servicing. Following the principles “thorough analysis, transparency, above-average results” the range of services offered has been advanced for the benefit of our clients.
For this purpose, core processes were reviewed and readjusted as regards the identified value drivers during the past years. On the basis of the new process flows, a customized IT system landscape was implemented that supports the processes. In the context of workflows that suit our needs, our employees are able to service the loans efficiently and promptly. Creditors as well as borrowers benefit from the gain of time to the same extent, since a fast solution for existing payment difficulties is in the interest of all parties involved.
As special servicer Servicing Advisors renders in particular the following services for banks and investors:

In order to be able to guarantee a continuous quality of our services, we have reviews and audits at regular intervals. Therefore, the company is also able to offer the service of a SAS70 review as well as a special servicer rating.
