By merging the former branches in Ahrensburg and Hamburg, Servicing Advisors achieved a pooling of forces. “The new location at Eiffestraße in Hamburg improves the performance by a concentration of employees. At the same time, the branch’s infrastructure and the company network were adjusted to state-of-the-art so that IT processes become significantly more efficient”, says Managing Director Eckhard Blauhut. René Trost is the head of the new branch; he adds “The market area of the branch now comprises Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg. Due to the merger of the two branches, the market area can be worked on without overlaps. Furthermore, an exchange of experience is easier in the new premises. This measure will therefore contribute to our and thus our clients’ success in many ways.”
