With immediate effect, Servicing Advisors uses a new software for the workout of non-performing real estate loans. “After a comprehensive market analysis, we opted for a software by ABIT AG because this software enables us to optimize the portfolio workout as well as to work more efficiently”, Markus Bolder, CEO of Servicing Advisors Deutschland GmbH, explains and adds: “We will undergo further customizing of the software and thereby create a substantial competitive advantage.“
With the new software, it has now become possible for the first time for various employees -instead of only one at a time – to work on the same process. The new system is also perfectly suited for third party business because it is easy to set up new clients – even in larger numbers and separate from each other. Furthermore, the software is continually being updated by the provider, for instance in case of changes in the legislation. Beyond all this, the new function of automated process control is a specific advantage for business success.
“Compared to the previous software solution, we expect higher resolution proceeds as regards NPV, faster resolution periods, and a more efficient assignment of human resources through integrated process control. Ultimately, all this leads to better portfolio results for our portfolio clients”, Bolder says.
